Demonstration Garden
The Benton-Franklin Master Gardener Demonstration Garden is located in Kennewick's Grange Park behind the Mid-Columbia Library at 1620 S. Union, Kennewick, Washington. How to get there. There are 25 different gardens featured in the Demonstration Garden.
Area residents and visitors are encouraged to come to the lovely Master Gardener Demonstration Garden and see what’s growing! The Demonstration Garden is a continuing community project of the Master Gardener Foundation of Benton-Franklin Counties, developed to demonstrate, test, teach, learn and enjoy gardening in its many forms in our unique climate and soils. It’s guided by a steering committee and funded by donations from many individuals, organizations, local businesses, and corporations.

The Goals of the Demonstration Garden
• To demonstrate the large number of species and varieties of trees, shrubs, and plants suitable for planting in our area.
• To demonstrate how trees, shrubs and plants can be used in home landscapes.
• To demonstrate the appropriate maintenance and care techniques for different trees, shrubs, and plants.
• To utilize the garden as a learning, teaching and testing facility as we demonstrate gardening techniques.
• To share our love of gardening with our community.
• To provide a sanctuary for visitors to relax and enjoy a garden environment.
