Washington Regional Afterschool Project (WRAP)
WSU Extension Franklin County in partnership with School's Out Washington provides support and technical assistance to increase quality and availability of afterschool and youth development (AYD) programs serving 5-18 year olds in Southeast Washington through training, advocacy and leadership.
The Tri-Cities Childcare Center Directors' Networking Meetings are the second Tuesday of each month at the Children’s Center in Richland. For more information and to RSVP, contact the Southeast Region WRAP Specialist, Samantha Burns.

School's Out Washington has a number of programs and projects aimed at expanding the afterschool and youth development (AYD) field or providing targeted support and resources to specific populations within that field. Whether it is working with schools to provide better support to immigrant and refugee populations or coordinating efforts to develop a statewide AYD professional development system for our state, School's Out continues to support AYD professionals and assist programs and organizations so that they might offer the best services they can to our children and youth.
