NCW District Fair
Entry Deadlines:
•Beef - February 15th
•Other Animals (except those born after the deadline) - May 15th
- Still Life and craft project areas may be added to their current 4-H project areas in the 4-H office before July 15th to take exhibits to the fair.
Chelan County Fair
Entry Deadlines:
•Beef - March 1st
•Other Animals (except those born after the deadline) - June 1st
- Still Life and craft project areas may be added to their current 4-H project areas in the 4-H office before August 15th to take exhibits to the fair.
State Fair
All State fair entries must go through Michelle Morrison, 4-H Program Assistant. Please contact her at 509-667-6540 or mmmorrison@wsu.edu.
The 2012 Washington State 4-H Fair is scheduled for September 7-23, 2012 in Puyallup. In preparation for your yearly calendars, we are announcing the following dates for this year:
Cats: Sept 7-9
Dogs: Sept 11-21 (daily shows); dog agility on Sept 15, championship events on Sept 22-23
Beef: Sept 14-17
Dairy: Sept 14-17
Goats: Sept 14-17
Llamas: Sept 14-17
Swine: Sept 14-17
Sheep: Sept 20-23
Rabbits: Sept 14-16
Cavies: Sept 14-16
Equine Rotation:
Sept 6-10 – Senior Performance
Sept 10-13 – Senior Western Games
Sept 13-17 – Dressage/Eq Over Fences/Harness
Sept 17-20 – Intermediate Performance
Sept 20-23 – Intermediate Western Games
Additional dates will be announced as they are finalized.
