The following applies to ALL camps/activities:

  • Use the Links on Camps main page:
    • Submit the "All Camps Registration Form" - Online form. NOTE: When there are no errors on the form, it will return you to the "Military Teen Adventure Camps" home page.
    • Complete all "MTAC Required Forms" and mail the original signed copies to the address on Page 1
    • Submit your "NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION ($25)" using the online payment system.
      • You can pay in advance to confirm your participation and reserve your place in a camp or activity.  The payment is non-refundable.  One payment of $25 is required for each person for each activity. By clicking on the REGISTRATION PAYMENT link, you will leave our web site and go to the "Official Payment" site for a secure transaction.  PAY NOW: REGISTRATION PAYMENT

NOTE: All 4-H programs and activities are Alcohol, Tobacco and Drug Free events. Failure to comply may result in termination of event or removal of the individual from the activity and notification of parents and appropriate authorities.
