Register, Pay, Complete Forms: You're Done!

  • Step 1: Register REGISTRATION FORM; when the form is completed correctly, it will show you a "Thank You" page with a link to return to this page.  Then, proceed to step 2.
  • Step 3: Complete "MTAC REQUIRED FORMS", which contains 3 forms,  and mail the signed original of each form to the address on Page 1 of the first form.

It is the intent of these Department of Defense sponsored High Adventure Camps, to provide quality outdoor experiences for teens of Service Members in the active, reserve and guard components. Specific questions regarding eligibility should be made to the Adventure Camp point of contact.
