You can't grow everything year round in Clallam County but you can grow something at almost any time of the year.

Our county boasts of climate diversity, from the temperate maritime climates of Port Angeles, Clallam Bay, Sekiu, and Neah Bay to the rain forests that neighbor Forks  to the Olympic Mountains to the Sequim Valley. 

Our winters are generally mild and wet. Our summers are dry and short. Summer vegetable gardens will need irrigation and you will be most successful if you choose vegetable varieties that have a short growing season.
