Ferry County 4-H Leaders' Council requires equine project members to fill out and turn in a 4-H Horse Certificate for ech horse shown at the Fair. The horse cannot be changed unless approved by Leaders' Council. Turn in by June 1. If you are using the same horse(s) from last year, you need to call the 4-H office so staff can sign and date the certificate for you.
