All Ferry County 4-H Leaders are invited and encouraged to attend the Ferry County Leaders' Council meetings. Contact the 4-H office to find out when the next one will be held.

  • Enrollment Information for leaders, members and starting a new club
  • Volunteer Leader Training - All new leaders are required to attend training. We offer training sessions once or twice a year or you can complete a course online contact us on how to get started.
  • Put the Child First- Mandatory 4-H State Child Protection Training. This is a new requirement that updates our previous training.
  • Reporting Volunteer Hours Don't forget to input your hours each month into the WSU Volunteer Database. Only those volunteers actively enrolled and submitting hours are covered.
  • Applying for an EIN
  • Opening a Bank Account & Handling 4-H Club Funds & Assets
  • Year End Tax Filing Requirements - Annual Financial Summary Report
  • WA State 4-H EIN Action Needed
  • Educational Equipment Available for Checkout

    Leader of the Year Awarded!
    Congratulations to Sherry Johnson of the Rustler's 4-H Club. This is her 39th year as a Leader; she is active in the beef, swine and garden projects. She has been in 4-H as a member and leader for over 50 years. Sherry has been the Ferry County 4-H Leaders' Council President for 6 years. Entire Story

    4-H Teen Conference Coordinator Wanted ~ Duties include recruiting teens, chaperones and drivers for this leadership event held at the WSU Campus in Pullman June 23-25, 2013. Partial funding may be available for reimbursement through donations and Leaders' Council. More information
