Consumer Food Safety-Food Handler Permit Cards 

Lewis County Public Health is now presenting the education and testing portion of the Washington State Food Handler's Permit program.

Presentations are held at the following times or by appointment: UNTIL MARCH 31; THEN CLASSES WILL BE HELD IN THE LEWIS COUNTY HEALTH BUILDING

Tuesday mornings at 9 am

The first Wednesday evening of the month at 6 pm.

Fee: $10 per person; cash or check, no credit or debit cards

Regularly scheduled classes are located in the WSU Conference Room 003; this is in the basement of the Historical Courthouse, first door on your left when entering the west end building doors. STARTING APRIL 3, 2012 ALL SESSIONS WILL BE HELD IN THE LEWIS COUNTY HEALTH BUILDING
