4-H Right Here In Spokane

Wherever kids are in Spokane County, 4-H can be there too. As a 4-H Staff, your local WSU Spokane County 4-H group provides structure, support, youth education and volunteer training. We assist our volunteers in coordinating events and contests and support them with free and low-cost curricula as well. We have approimately 300 active 4-H volunteers and nearly 1,000 youth active in a plethora of projects and activities ranging from inquiry science, performanc and dance to the "traditionals" in 4-H including "cows and cookin'."

The opportunities for youth ahd adults are limited only by the creativity of the youth and adult partners in a club. We have a constant need for new clubs and new adult leaders anxious to work with youth in a positive setting emphasizing healthy living, citizenship and service, and science, engineering and technology. 4-H is growing in Spokane County. Spokane County parents and youth are seeking high quality experiences for kids in safe, construtive, fun youth organizations. 4-H is here to help fill that need.
