RETAIL FOOD SAFETY COURSE
Certified Food Protection Training for Food Workers is offered upon request. Please contact Zena Edwards, Food Safety & Nutrition Faculty, for more information.
Please bring photo ID and $10.00 cash or check to class.
Please arrive early. Class starts on time.
The class and testing last for about 1 hour 45 minutes.
- Every Tuesday at 3:20 pm and 5:20 pm
- Every Thursday at 8:20 am
- 1st Thursday of every month at 7 pm
- 3rd Saturday of every month at 10 am
- 2nd Wednesday of every month at 6:30 pm*
- Last Wednesday of every month at 6:30 pm*
(*with the exception of November and December when we will only have one class, which is held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month due to the holidays)
